Wine of June: Sparkling bubbles of L’Ancestral Rosé
Backed by several awards and accolades, L’Ancestral Rosé is one of the wines currently bubbling with life, especially now, in the heart of summer. This rosé sparkling wine is crafted using the ancestral method. Made from 100% Sumoll grapes, it is both organic and vegan-friendly. A fantastic choice to open during summer days: serve it chilled (8–10°C) and it will be the perfect pairing for coca and fireworks.
How Is It Made?
The process begins in the vineyard with hand-harvested grapes. The fruit undergoes direct pressing, and fermentation starts in concrete tanks and finishes in the bottle. This is the essence of the so-called ancestral method, also known as Pét-Nat. The wine is neither filtered nor contains added sugars.
Tasting Notes
A salmon-hued rosé with aromas of red fruits like blackberry, cherry, and pomegranate. On the palate, it is smooth and creamy, with good structure and a long finish.
Food Pairing
The ideal companion to a summer salad, cured meats, grilled salmon—or even pizza.
