Montrubí was one of the main highlights of the 14th edition of the NewWine‘s competition, held and organised last December by Verema Valencia. Gaintus One Night’s Rosé 2024 was awarded the Gold Medal in the Rosé Wines category.
This competition aims to showcase the most relevant new developments in the wine market, whether through new releases, reinterpretations of existing wines, or significant changes in winemaking and presentation. Within this context, Montrubí’s rosé captivated the jury thanks to its personality, freshness and strong alignment with the winery’s philosophy.
The jury, made up of tasters from the Verema Tasting Panel and wine industry professionals such as sommeliers, winemakers, specialised journalists and distributors, assessed the wines through a rigorous double blind tasting system, ensuring an impartial and demanding evaluation. Receiving a Gold Medal in this framework represents a top-level guarantee of quality.

The Award-Winning Wine
Gaintus One Night’s Rosé 2024 stands out for its delicate yet intense aromatic expression, with notes of fresh red fruit, floral hints and a balanced, lively and elegant palate. It is a gastronomic rosé, designed to go beyond seasonality and to demonstrate the full potential of this wine style when crafted with care and precision.
This award strengthens Montrubí’s trajectory as a project committed to its territory, sustainable viticulture and the production of wines with a strong sense of identity. The Gold Medal at NewWine 2025 not only recognises the excellence of this rosé, but also confirms the success of a bold commitment to innovation and quality.
