Winemaking

Vinificación con pre-maceración en frío, extracciones suaves a base de pigeage, fermentaciones y maceraciones largas (45 días). Posterior envejecimiento 14 meses en barricas de roble francés y 24 meses en botella.

Tasting notes

Its intense ruby color and balmy scent of fresh cherries and toasty cedar is framed by notes of Mediterranean herbs. The flavor is spice­filled, mature and suave, married with a vivacious acidity that brings freshness. There is a clear echo of tart summer cherries on the finish overlaying a crunchy minerality.
