GAINTUS VERTICAL

Winemaking
Vinification with cold pre-maceration, gentle pigeage extractions, and long fermentations and macerations (45 days). Aged for 14 months in French oak barrels and a further 24 months in bottle.

Tasting notes
A red wine with an intense ruby colour, showing balsamic notes, hints of cherry, and toasted nuances. On the palate it is spicy, mature, and tender, with lively acidity that brings freshness and clear cherry notes over a mineral background.
Decanting recommended

Pairing
Wild boar, duck, risotto, fried egg with truffle, cheese boards.
