Winemaking
The wine is made with a rigorous harvest in two stages: one early harvest and one late harvest. The first one will give freshness to the wine and the second one more structure and complexity to it. Fermentation starts in stainless steel tanks and it is followed by a 4 months aging on 500 litres new French oak barrels.

Tasting notes
Intense yellow color with golden hues. Perfumed and intense nose of stone fruits and spices like ginger. Charming herbaceous notes reminding the aromas of pinewoods in summer. A chalky profile on the palate disclosing a minerality that gives it a fresh finish.
