Intense yellow colour with golden hues. Perfumed and intense nose of stone fruits and spices like ginger. Charming herbaceous notes reminding of pinewoods in summer. A chalky profile on the palate reveals a minerality that gives it a fresh finish. Ideal with white meats (for example turkey), salmon and smoked cheeses.

Organic and vegan red wine
Intense garnet red wine characterized by predominant black fruits and spicy aromas. In the background, earthy and forest floor scents. Extremely concentrated and full-bodied with a slightly bitter finish that gives it good length on the palate. Decanting is recommended to achieve maximum expression. No sulfites added. Try it with game dishes, spicy vegetables, brie, or camembert.

Red wine
Intense ruby colour, balsamic notes, hints of cherry and toasted touches. On the palate it is spicy, ripe and tender, with a lively acidity that brings freshness and clear hints of cherry on a mineral background. Decantation recommended. To pair with wild boar, duck, risotto, fried egg with truffle, cheese boards.

Organic and vegan sweet red wine
Sweet wine with toasted notes and candied red fruits. The palate is sweet and creamy with hints of jams and white pear in syrup. The finish is long with a surprising citrus freshness. To accompany fruit salad, cereal biscuits, dried fruits, hard cheeses such as Mahon or Comté/Gruyère.
