Wine of July: One Night’s Rosé
We have exciting news about our organic rosé, One Night’s Rosé. This blend of Sumoll, Grenache, and Xarel·lo now comes in a completely redesigned bottle. This change is part of a visual unification strategy aligned with the Gaintus range, allowing us to continue sharing the story of both the product and the project through its deep connection to its land of origin.
A design that brings the landscape into de bottle
The new label aesthetically aligns with the rest of the Gaintus range. With a modern, appealing, and cohesive look, it incorporates a very special visual element: the mountain ranges surrounding our estate, a subtle representation of the landscape that gives life to our wines.
One Night’s Rosé is crafted from hand-harvested grapes and undergoes a brief maceration that gives it its characteristic salmon color. It ferments in 700-liter concrete eggs and ages to develop a silky texture and vibrant freshness. This wine offers floral and citrus aromas — delicate yet full of character — and pairs beautifully with light dishes such as ceviche, salads, grilled salmon, or baked fish.
