Winemaking

70% maceration with skins, 30% carbonic maceration. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Contact with its fine lees for 3 weeks.

Tasting notes
This is a red wine with an intense purple-red colour and marked notes of fruit. On the nose, wild fruits and plum from Murcia stand out, accentuated by a floral note of violet. Silky on the palate, with a fresh and persistent finish with hints of blackberries.

Food pairing
Cheese and charcuterie platters, grilled vegetables, hummus, pasta Bolognese.
